Who Cares? We do!

We really do care for you and your family at Covenant Baptist Church.   Below you will find just a few of the many ways that we strive to be a church that cares for you.

Hospital Visitation

Caring for those in need requires a lot of time and dedication. That’s why at Covenant we take the team approach.   Each day of the week our church staff, deacons, and volunteers make visits to the local hospitals.   If you or someone else in the church is in the hospital and would like a visit, please click on the “We Care” logo.   Please fill out the form, being as specific as possible and hit “Submit.”  Your request will be delivered to one of our staff members and followed up as soon as possible.

Homebound Visitation

Our Homebound Ministry exists to visit, encourage, and minister to members and friends of our church who may be unable to attend services or need encouragement from the Body of Christ during the week.   If you know of someone who needs a card, call, or visit please contact our Minister of Education Robbie Smith.

Prayer

If you or someone you know needs prayer support please click on the “Prayer Request” logo, fill out the form being as specific as possible, and then hit “Submit.”  Your prayer request will be received by one of our staff members who will forward it to all who have signed up to serve on our prayer ministry team.  Please feel free to give updates and praise reports as well.  These will help us to pray more specifically for your needs and to celebrate what God is doing in your life.  If you wish to serve on the prayer team go to the “Engage” page of our website.

Small Groups

Covenant has many small group Bible study opportunities for all ages and stages of life.  As we study the book of Acts we find that Christians gathered in small groups not only for Bible study, but for prayer, praise, and care for one another.  If you are not a part of a small group we hope that you will get involved.  For more information please contact our Minister of Education Robbie Smith.

Benevolence

From time to time people go through difficult times.  Each year our church designates funds to help people in times of need.  If you need assistance you can stop by the church office, fill out a form requesting assistance, and the request will be considered.   The church office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except on holidays and special occasions.  Please call before you come.
